The AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge App rewards you each week that you meet your activity goals. Its’ simple, walk 7,500 steps to get 50 points or 12,500 steps a day to get 100 points. Each week you have a specific number of points to achieve. When you reach that weekly points target, AIA will give you attractive rewards that you can claim. The whole experience is delivered on your smart phone to make it easy to track your activity and claim your rewards.
You can work-out in the gym, go for an evening run or just a walk in the park to stay active. And if you don’t have time for that, take the stairs instead of the elevator or walk to your next destination without taking a tuk tuk! Every day will present you an opportunity to walk. Did you know that your body age may be very different to your real age? If you complete the AIA Vitality questionnaire, you can find out your ‘Vitality Age'. And if you are way off target, then we can help you to start getting healthy and active, fast!
