How to use oDoc ?
Step 1 - Once the registration process is completed, you can simply scroll through the application to search for the doctor you require or search for the doctor via the search bar.
Step 2 - Tap on the profile to view the doctor’s details. Book the appointment and share notes with the doctor in advance using the chat screen. Take a video call at the time of the appointment for your consultation

What can be treated over phone consultations?
The most common conditions that doctors treat via the ODoc app are colds, fever, sinus conditions, digestion issues, pediatric illnesses, skin conditions not to forget advice on dietary and nutrition-related queries, pain management, women’s health issues, sexual health issues, and mental health issues.
Who is covered?
AIA AFC members, their spouses, and children are covered by an oDoc subscription and you are eligible for unlimited doctor consultations via free video, audio, and SMS.
Who are the doctors on the platform?
There are SLMC registered GPs and Specialists who have more than 5 years of experience. Furthermore, there are Specialists practicing on the oDoc app covering over 40 specializations which include pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, psychiatry, and sexual health. Most of these are the same doctors who you would meet at major public and private hospitals.
Are the prescriptions provided valid?
The prescriptions are issued by SLMC registered doctors and they are issued via a secured password protected account unique to each doctor. Each prescription identifies the doctor issuing the prescription and carries the name, SLMC registration number, seal and signature of the doctor. Furthermore, the doctor explicitly states in the prescription issued in writing, that the doctor is authorized to prescribe the medicine listed in the document to be dispensed for use by the named patient.
